The model was first introduced in 2017 and immediately became sought-after and desired not only by fans of the brand, but by watch collectors in general. The sporty spirit of the model complements the heritage it carries (not without reason, Tudor calls it Heritage) – starting with the crown, which is ribbed and oversized, continuing with the design of the dial and the black unidirectional bezel (in this combination, the model most closely resembles its 'big brother', the Submariner), and finishing with the massive, yet very comfortable Oyster-type bracelet. All of this clearly shows that this is not just any watch, and its kinship with the Submariner is evident in many of these elements. At its heart beats the brand's in-house movement MT5602, with a 70-hour power reserve and operating at 28,800 vibrations – excellently proven and relatively affordable to maintain.
